Shark Allies Marketing, Fundraising and Events Consultant

Austin Foster joined our team as a marketing consultant after speaking with Shark Allies Stefanie Brendl. She was inspired by the tenacity of the Shark Allies team and the ability to make positive change for sharks when it comes to actual laws being passed. While Austin’s professional background is in marketing, events, and communications, she is eager to use her skills to help out a cause she cares about deeply, protecting sharks and promoting shark education. Although Austin has never been diving, she is in the process of getting her PADI certification and hopes to be diving in the Galapagos with her favorite Hammerheads soon. Until then, she remains an avid shark advocate and continues to help spread awareness and education on misconceptions and beliefs on the worlds most misunderstood animal. She is excited to work with Shark Allies to create a safer world for sharks.
