The High-Level Panel for Sustainable Ocean Economy is a unique initiative of 14 serving world leaders building momentum towards a sustainable ocean economy, where effective protection, sustainable production, and equitable prosperity go hand in hand.

The ‘Give It 100%’ online campaign launched in December 2020 to coincide with the global launch of the Ocean Panel’s new ocean action agenda and to build momentum for continued engagement and call to action into 2021.

Member countries committed

• To sustainably manage 100% of the ocean area under national jurisdiction, guided by Sustainable Ocean Plans, by 2025.

• To support a global target to protect 30% of the ocean by 2030.
